Poor OskaCat, missing you so much everyday.
You went out like you always did for a run, I called for you and you never came. The doorbell rang and that was when I found out why you never came home. Taken away from us at such a young age on a country road, how could anyone do this?
We have another cat now, Archie, but he won't replace you, no other cat will.

I went out for a walk
It was so lovely in the sun.
Chasing the leaves, I was having so much fun.
Jumping and climbing I could have done it all day.
When I stopped to rest, I realised I had lost my way.
I love and miss you and want you to know,
it was nothing you have done.
I just got carried away with playing in the sun.
Please try not to worry too much about me.
I can look after myself, and in a way I am free.
Although I'll never stop looking for a way home,
we will never be apart.
I will always feel your love for me, deep within my heart.
It may be all we have for now, but it's enough for me.
Cause you'll never know when I'll walk through your door
and expect you to have my tea.

At the Grave of a Fine Cat
May your whiskers be ruffled by only pleasant breezes,
May your bowls be filled with tuna and sweet cream,
May your dreams be blessed with legions of mice,
And most of all,
May you forever purr in peace.

Your tears fall
Your heart aches
Your baby has gone away
Gone to heaven to play
The memories remain

A meow and a purr
As you feel the soft fur

Precious Love
The agony is so great...
and yet I will stand it.
Had I not loved so very much...
I would not hurt so much.
But God knows I would not want to diminish
that precious love...
By one fraction of an ounce.
